SHIPPING POLICY

1) Overview
When you place an order in our store, your items are printed, packed, and shipped by our trusted production and fulfillment partner from the facility closest to your delivery address — whether that’s in Europe, the US, or another region.
Because production and shipping depend on location, there can be variability in delivery times.

2) Production / Fulfillment Time
* After you place your order, our partner requires 2 to 5 business days to produce (print, sew, quality-check, and pack) your item(s).
* Over 97 % of orders ship within 5 business days.
* “Business days” exclude weekends and public holidays at the fulfillment center.
* During periods of high demand, fulfillment may occasionally take longer.

3) Shipping Time & Methods
After production is complete, your order is shipped to your address via a carrier.
The total delivery time estimate equals:
Fulfillment time + Shipping time = Estimated Delivery Time (EDT)
* Domestic shipments (from a local facility) usually take 1 to 8 business days.
* International shipments may take 1 to 20 business days, depending on distance, customs, and carrier speed.
* Our fulfillment partner selects the shipping method best suited to your destination.

4) Regions, Shipping Zones & Restrictions
* Orders are fulfilled from multiple locations worldwide (including the EU — Lithuania, Spain — and the USA).
* Some items may only be available for shipment to specific regions due to logistics or supplier limitations.
* Customs duties, import taxes, or VAT for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer (unless otherwise stated).
* To minimize customs delays, orders are usually fulfilled from the center nearest to your shipping address.

5) Estimated Delivery & Tracking
* At checkout, we display an estimated delivery window based on average fulfillment and shipping times.

* You’ll receive an estimated delivery time in your confirmation email.

 *These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

*Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package online .

6) Lost or Stuck Shipments
* If your order appears lost or hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact our fulfillment partner directly at support@printful.com and CC us: contact@chaosbyaugust.com so we can be in the loop.
* If approved, your order will be reprinted and reshipped or refunded.

7) Customs, Duties & Taxes
* International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees.
* These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.
* Orders fulfilled and shipped within the EU are typically VAT-inclusive.

8) Shipping Costs
* Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, destination, and origin of fulfillment.
* If your items ship from multiple facilities, separate shipping charges may apply.
